You’ll experience firsthand how balance, contrast, acidity, and texture can completely transform what’s in your glass and on your plate.
This is not a formal lecture or a list of rigid pairing rules. It’s a fun, relaxed tasting filled with discovery, conversation, and a few “wait… that works?” moments.
